Perfektná autopožičovňa. Možnosť platiť debetnou kartou pri doplnkovom poistení SCDW Plus. Pri tomto poistení neplatíte depozit. Autá sú vybavené transponderom na diaľnice (elektronické mýto). Depozit sa dá zaplatiť buď kreditnou kartou, alebo v hotovosti na mieste. Preberanie a odovzdanie auta bez problémov a zbytočného zdržiavania. Auto sme si vyzdvihli na parkovisku na letisku FARO. ~ Ján K

Bereits die Reservierung war vollkommen problemlos, per EMail wurde zeitnah und sehr freundlich kommuniziert. Nachdem wir bei der Ankunft in Lagos an der falschen Bushaltestelle ausgestiegen waren wurde uns der Wagen zur Übergabe sogar dorthin gebracht. Vielen Dank dafür !! Werden bei unserem nächsten Algarve Besuch den Mietwagen definitiv wieder bei Marina holen. ~ Jürgen H

Via Facebook terecht gekomen bij Marina rent a car! Een dikke aanrader! Heldere afspraken vooraf via whatsapp. Communicatie was van begin tot eind helder. Bij airport Faro een mooie Ford Fiesta meegekregen met alles erop en eraan! Parkeersensoren voor en achter, climate control en een mooie kinderstoel! Het was zeker 200 euro goedkoper dan de concurrent. Dankjewel Daniel voor alle service! ~ Maarten B

Sehr zu empfehlen! Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Auch die Reservierung und Kommunikation per Mail vorab war einwandfrei. Das Fahrzeug war sauber in gutem Zustand. Der Tank war 1/3 voll bei Abholung und sollte so auch wieder abgegeben werden. Für 3 Tage mit Vollkasko fand ich 100 Euro ein sehr fairer Preis. Beim nächsten Mal Algarve sehr gerne wieder. We rented a car from these guys Sep. 12 and it was by far the best car rental experience I've ever had. We paid €65 for 24 hrs which included full insurance. Fantastic customer service, response time and accommodation. Daniel took care of us through booking the car conveniently on whats app, and also took care of us in person when we picked up the car and did the paper work. I must say Daniel is top notch, what a pleasure it was to deal with him, super friendly and caring. Even knew some things about the city I'm from and our hockey team! The car itself was so clean and smooth to drive, no issues whatsoever. Super convenient options for car and key drop off after hours too so you don't have to bother going back the next morning. Such an incredible company, thanks for making our car rental day perfect! ~ Drew M

Super service! reibungslos bekommen, bezahlt, ohne dass eine Versicherung angedreht wird oder aonstiges, reibungslos abgegeben, wenn ich könnte würde ich aogar mehr als 5 aterne geben, empfehlenswert! die anderen unternehmen versuchen meistens einen irgendwie noch abzuziehen, hier nicht! Uhrzeit zum abholen auch absolut Flexibil, wir waren nachts am fliegen. ~ angelischka g

Ottima compagnia. Prenotato in web. Pagato 115 euro in loco per una settimana con volkswagen polo. Era possibile anche lasciare contanti per la cauzione di 50 euro (prevista), ma per accelerare le operazioni al ritorno, abbiamo utilizzato la carta (senza però alcun addebito). Semplicissima l'operazione di riconsegna. Molto consigliabile!!! ~ Mauro M

Agence de location avec un excellent rapport qualité prix et très simple. Pas de mauvaise surprise, voiture en très bon état. Le personnel est sympathique et arrangeant : ils ont accepté de venir chercher la voiture à la gare de Lagos (nous prenions le train pour Lisbonne) au lieu que nous ayons à leur agence. ~ Isabelle P

Äußerst freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wir hatten uns einen "Fiat Panda" (4 Türer) am Sonntag (12 Uhr) in Lagos abgeholt und am Montag (16 Uhr) in Faro am Flughafen abgegeben. Preis 70,-€ (incl. 10€ Vollkasko). Zweiter Fahrer ebenso incl. Wir können diese Autovermietung mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. ~ Pete

Moderate Preise, gute Kommunikation, alles hat wie vereinbart funktioniert. Super freundlicher und sehr entgegenkommender Service. Wir durften ohne Aufpreis eine zweite Person fahren lassen, das Auto 2 Stunden später abgeben und dann auch noch in Faro statt in Lagos, wo wir das Auto in Empfang genommen hatten. Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Ablauf vorab per E-Mail und auch vor Ort dann. Es hat alles 1A gepasst und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Auch das Auto war perfekt! War noch so gut wie nagelneu (3.000km) und top gepflegt. Es wurde sogar nochmal die Windschutzscheibe extra saubergemacht weil sie ein wenig schmutzig war. ~ K. R

I have been renting cars from Marina rent a car every year since 2006.Jessica looks after me every year and she is a pleasure to deal with.Not even once have I ever had any issues.They make the process completely stress free collecting the car and returning it.Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the so called big operators who cannot compete with Marina for value service and friendliness.I booked a car with Jessica today for June 25 and as usual my experience was again superb.There are not too many companies these days who make you feel that they are very glad of your business and not just after your money. Seit vielen Jahren bin ich dort Kunde. Alle Buchungen sehr unkompliziert, äusserst kompetent und entgegenkommend. Schnelle Antworten bei Anfragen über Email, sehr guter Service, keine Reklamationen oder Beanstandungen, wie man dies bei großen Vermietern oft erlebt. Bei persönlichen Rückfragen lohnt sich auch der Besuch im Büro von Lagos. Solange ich nach Faro fliege, ich werde immer Marian Rent-a-Car buchen. ~ Heinz S

Absolutely unbelievable customer service. Jessica and the team truly stand out in a sea of dodgy rental car businesses in this world. We had a long-term rental from Marina for the winter and not only did we get a very nice car but also all of our special requests over the months were met with nothing but support and constructive solutions. We were 150% satisfied. I don’t think I have experienced anything like this before. In addition to Lagos, they also offer pickup and drop-off at the airport in Faro. Ponowne skorzystanie z oferty firmy Marina był doskonałym pomysłem. Tym razem skorzystaliśmy z punktu odbioru na lotnisku w Faro i cała procedura odbioru jak i zwrotu auta przebiegła idealnie. Niezawodna na Portugalskich bezdrożach Panda była przygotowana wzorowo. Polecam gorąco ~ Paweł K

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over Marina rent a car. Als groot gezin hadden wij een 7 persoons huurauto nodig. Voor 11 dagen huur waren wij honderden euro's goedkoper uit dan andere verhuurbedrijven. Bovendien was dit bedrag inclusief de meest uitgebreide verzekering. Bij luchthaven Faro werden wij zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen duidelijke instructies. Abbiamo avuto un’ottima esperienza presso questa agenzia, l’unica che, dopo una lunga ricerca, ci ha permesso di noleggiare un’auto senza carta di credito o debito (per il deposito) e ad un prezzo onesto. Abbiamo lasciato un deposito in contanti, cosa che appunto non era possibile in nessun altro autonoleggio. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Ci è stato permesso di aggiungere un secondo guidatore e fare il drop-off a Faro senza costi aggiuntivi. La macchina inoltre era moderna e in ottime condizioni. Raccomando vivamente. ~ Serena L

After reading reviews from other car rentals I was nervous to rent a car on our holiday in Portugal but Marina rental made it so easy. They answered any questions I had no matter how small, the car was nice and clean. It was waiting for us at the airport and the drop off was very easy too. The prices are comparable if not cheaper than other car rentals we looked into. It was a great experience, would recommend and will definitely rent again when back in Portugal. ~ Magda M
